
Field Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
- Work on pre-defined leads to identify, approach, and onboard companions (fitness trainers, therapists, nutritionists, and coaches) to Phlea.
- Conduct field visits to meet professionals, explain the Phlea platform, and showcase the benefits and revenue model.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded companions, ensuring they remain engaged and active on the platform.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets by driving successful new sign-ups.
- Collect and share feedback from companions to help improve the onboarding and platform experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align field efforts with campaign strategies.
- Assist companions through the registration and KYC processes to ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and a proven ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in field engagements.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and client meetings.
- Basic understanding of social networking platforms, online services, and digital onboarding processes including KYC.
