The ideal candidate will engage in promoting and selling lab-grown diamonds and will focus on expanding our presence in the jewelry industry. Qualifications and Skills Experience with B2B sales is crucial to manage and grow the client portfolio effectively. Possess jewelry industry knowledge to provide meaningful insights to clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill). Business development skills to identify and seize new growth opportunities (Mandatory skill). Competence in lead generation to attract and retain potential clients (Mandatory skill). Ability to form and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance business growth. Proficiency in sales forecasting to predict future sales and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication skills to relay information accurately to clients and team members. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and maintain a competitive edge. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales goals and expand the customer base. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while establishing new ones. Provide insights about market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly. Engage in direct selling to jewelry industry clients, offering tailored products and solutions. Collaborate with marketing to design compelling pitches and promotional material. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers and stakeholders. Analyze sales data for future planning and develop comprehensive sales reports. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
