We are looking for a Product Team Lead - Tech to drive the development and enhancement of our product ecosystem. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of technical expertise, team management, and product-oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Roadmap:

  • Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and user needs.

Technical Leadership:

  • Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable tech solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring clear communication and efficient task delegation.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Project Execution:

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for multiple ongoing projects.
  • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring timely delivery.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor robust testing processes to maintain high product quality.
  • Ensure the platform's reliability, performance, and security.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the liaison between the tech team and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Present technical updates and insights to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Product Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of product management principles and user-centric development.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing tech teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
