Job Title: Accounting Manager
Requirement:
o Bachelor’s/ master’s in commerce/ finance or accounts
o Qualified CA or semi – qual
About the role:
End to End accounting work (Core Accounting) - will work on all aspects of accounting starting from entry of transactions to preparation of financials and presenting the financials to the client.
Accounts Payable Management directly in books of accounts or via apps like bill.com concur, etc.,
Accounts Receivable Management, invoicing in books, or posting revenue entries from point of sale to books.
General Ledger Management, posting accruals and deferrals, and performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
Creating and maintaining fixed asset schedules, revenue schedules, etc.
The job also involves handling communication via chat, emails, or phone calls with clients in the USA and Canada.
Handle compliance of GST and TDS filings returns and PT.
Desired Candidate Profile
The prospective candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, General Ledger Accounting, Record to Report, and Financial Statements.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Zoho/ US accounting.
Knowledge of MS applications like Excel / Word and G Suite (Google Docs and Google Sheets) would be an added advantage.
Need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good Analytical skills and need to think like a business owner.
Need to be a good team player.
A keen eye for process and quality improvement.
Need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling a team of 3- 4 members
