Job Title: Human Resources Intern Bulk Hiring

Location: Gurugram
Stipend: Up to 12,000 (in-hand)
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months (Performance-based extension or full-time opportunity)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in bulk hiring for various roles. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for bulk hiring drives.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate databases and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding activities and document verification of selected candidates.
  • Assist HR team in daily recruitment operations and reporting.
  • Maintain communication with candidates to ensure smooth hiring and joining processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Pursuing MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Freshers with a keen interest in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
