Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lab Associate, located on-site in Bengaluru South. The Lab Associate will be responsible for conducting experiments, preparing samples, performing quality control tests, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The role also involves documenting test results, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with the research and development team to support new product development.

  • Experience in conducting experiments and preparing samples

  • Proficiency in documenting test results and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the research and development team
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • Experience in the coatings or chemical industry is a plus
