These labs are equipped with state-of-the-art Science, Math, and Engineering equipment, including cutting-edge technology like AI, Drones, Automation, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and 3D Designing/Printing. We partner with schools to create modern learning environments that inspire and engage students.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive Pre Sales Associate in assisting our sales and marketing team increase the footprint of CognoSpace solution into schools. If you're passionate about improving education through activity and technology and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation & outreach: Identify potential clients and conduct outbound calls, emails and whatsapp.
- Product Introduction: Explain the benefits of the product offering to inbound requests.
- Sales Support: Assist with follow ups and client interactions.
- Feedback and reporting: Gather feedback; document and report progress to the sales team.
- Assist in managing customer databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with lead generation, client outreach, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Experience with digital communication tools like WhatsApp for Business, email campaigns, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
