- Managing the Team of 12 Trade Relationship Managers across Bangalore branches.- Responsible for making each TRMs achieving their annual budgets and making all TRM productive.- Responsible for achieving assigned targets of TFX potential accounts, Trade activation, TFX income, TFX Assets through team.- Work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer addition, and also drive new acquisition from Customer referrals- Grooming the team by taking regular trainings, feedback sessions, motivational sessions, and developing their selling skills.- Making regular clients meetings with TRMs, Guiding the team regularly on business segments, potential business areas for souring Trade & Forex Potential accounts.- Ensuring 100% manpower by doing regular recruitments & controlling RMs attritions.- Regularly Maintaining and providing the weekly/monthly reports and trackers to leaders- Ensured adherence and compliance to regulatory requirements while processing transactions both in terms of documentation and rules.
Requirements:
- Candidate with minimum 4 years of team handling experience- Candidate should have Trade and Forex knowledge- Candidate should have current account opening KYC knowledge- Candidate should have good communication & Leadership Skills- Candidate should be flexible to work on field with team for client meetings
