Ensuring 100% manpower by doing regular recruitments & controlling RMs attritions.
Regularly Maintaining and providing the weekly/monthly reports and trackers to leaders
Ensured adherence and compliance to regulatory requirements while processing transactions both in terms of documentation and rules.

Requirements:
Candidate with minimum 4 years of team handling experience
Candidate should have Trade and Forex knowledge
Candidate should have current account opening KYC knowledge
Candidate should have good communication & Leadership Skills
Candidate should be flexible to work on field with team for client meetings
