
Tele Sales Manager

The Telesales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the telesales team to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets for research and PhD guidance services. The role involves strategy planning, performance monitoring, training, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop sales scripts, strategies, and pitches suitable for PhD/research assistance services.
- Monitor team performance, track calls, and ensure quality customer interaction.
- Generate new leads and follow up with prospective research scholars and clients.
- Train and motivate the team to improve communication and conversion skills.
- Handle escalated calls and provide effective solutions to clients.
- Maintain sales reports, revenue records, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and consistent communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service ethics, and data confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of telesales/team management experience (education/research sector is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and achieve revenue goals.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
