for at least 8 yearsJob ResponsibilitiesResponsible to manage capacity Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, Real Time Management, and ReportingTo coordinate with operations and various departments on a regular basisDaily Monitor all required KPIs effectively to ensure they meet their targetsEffectively manage outage scenariosManage ad-hoc requirements from Ops & any other functionsDiscuss daily / weekly performance with stakeholdersOutlier management for all efficiency parametersAnalysis Strong Analytical skillsShould be able to handle & achieve the departmental requirementsAccurate and Timely reportingClient Management Internal and ExternalAbility to work on data and generate various types dashboards, reports/ad-hoc reportsMeeting client requirements within TAT and with accuracyDesired Candidate ProfileHandle Operations, IT, HR, Admin, T&Q, MIS and WFM for the local siteResponsible for

Manpower availability and client SLAsShould be responsible for

generating full revenue for the locationShould be responsible for th

e growth of a

centerShould have

good knowledge of local call

centers

in that areaShould lead

hiring, Training and Quality
