You will be responsible for building the holiday plans from scratch to finish in terms of planning the itinerary, costings for the hotels, tours, transfers, and most importantly curating Experiences.Responsibilities:Your responsibilities in this role will be:- Develop and maintain detailed costing sheets in Excel for hotel accommodations, tours, transfers, experiences, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness- Liaise with suppliers, hotels, and other travel partners globally to negotiate rates, secure bookings and resolve operational issues, if any.- Detailed research-driven approach for curating unforgettable travel experiences- Continuously enhance your travel knowledge to contribute to the creation of bespoke luxury itineraries.- Multi-tasking and simultaneously working on numerous client travel requests daily- Keeping the client records updated in our CRM systems and updating Supplier information in our database as you interact with them- Attend various industry-related shows/events/expos to learn more about the destination/hotel/product- Design elaborate travel routes for clients incorporating flights + land travel by trains and cars + cruises where required- Ownership and responsibility of clients is a must in this roleQualifications:- Excellent verbal and written negotiation and communication skills- Bachelors degree in BBA, BMM, Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism- Minimum 1 year working experience in the travel industry- Good Excel skills for preparing and maintaining costing sheets- Excellent research and data cataloging skillsSalary:Monthly Rs. 45,000 to 70,000 per month based on experience and competency.
