Purpose:

The overall purpose is to lead the Marketing, Communication initiatives and create brand awareness. Developing marketing campaigns aligned with Elior India business goals.


Requirements:

  1. Analyze market trends, track campaign performance & adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
  2. Organizing and overseeing strategic branding/communication campaigns and promotional events
  3. Execute and oversee all marketing activities related to Print Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and event planning etc
  4. Driving PR through media connects over multiple channels
  5. Branding internally for existing and new clients.
  6. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams for branding across all channels.
  7. Coordinate Public Relations and outreach initiatives on regular basis, including media & press releases, company announcements etc.
  8. Collaborate with PR agencies to for Brand positioning if any
  9. Market research and competition mapping. Guide the sales team to arrange for competitor information (services, campaigns etc.) and Contribute to sales enablement, networking, trade shows and events.
  10. Track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocated
  11. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth.
  12. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility
  13. Identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to drive engagement and traffic.
  14. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content is published across platforms.

Qualification and Skills Required:

  1. Graduate/MBA
  2. Overall 10+ of experience in developing marketing strategies and communication, from preferred industries like Food Services, Catering, Hotels, Hospitality & facilities & FMCG.
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Strong interpersonal relationships
  5. Ability to inspire team
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. A proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.


Note: The role may require travel between multiple sites.
