Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, strategic, and hands-on intern to support our performance marketing and client servicing teams. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to understand how Meta ads + creative strategy come together to deliver results for clients, while also learning the ropes of client management and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, testing, and analysing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives.
  • Work with the strategy team to brainstorm and structure performance-driven campaigns.
  • Support client servicing: manage day-to-day communication, updates, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to brief and track creative requirements.
  • Prepare performance reports, presentations, and campaign learnings.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, performance ads, and creative strategy.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) for client interaction.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable with data and reporting.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Available for immediate joining in Powai office (mandatory in-office role).
