Job Description

Job Title: Manager – IT Operation ( MIS ) - B3

Experience Required: Minimum 6 to 8 years in IT Infrastructure Projects.

Job Summary:

The IT Operations & MIS Lead is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of data center infrastructure, managing reporting (MIS), and coordinating between technical, business, and vendor teams. This role requires balancing operational stability with accurate and timely management reporting to support decision-making. MIS Lead will be a strategic professional responsible for evaluating the long-term business purpose and use the medium of numbers to understand how the same will be achieved.

Required Skills and Experience:

Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for the project. Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.

Track project deliverables, timelines, and milestones for the data center build or migration.

Maintain documentation — SOPs, DR plans, compliance records

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with efficiency in understanding Macros and other tools.

Strong proficiency in handling multiple projects and multiple tools when it comes to data handling.

Oversee the project portfolio, prioritizing and aligning projects with business objectives.

Strong ability to develop mini dashboards for the management as per their requirements.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong proficiency in handling multiple projects and multiple tools when it comes to data handling.

Identifying and mitigating potential risks to IT operations.

Collaborating with other departments to align IT strategies with business needs.

Gather data from different departments. Prepare monthly reports.

Conduct project review meetings, daily stand-ups and weekly status updates with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsible for collecting, storing, organizing, and managing data from various sources within the IT infrastructure. This includes data related to hardware, software, networks, and user. activity.

Mandatory Skills: IT Operations Management.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
