We are hiring for a dynamic techno-creative event agency In New Delhi , specializing in MICE, museum curation, and immersive experiences. Our team collaborates across disciplines to create stunning visuals, captivating narratives, and high-impact installations.

Studio Head

The Studio Head will lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative and content team (2D & 3D Artists, Video Editors, After Effects Artists, Compositors, and Content Writers). The role demands strong creative leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to translate ideas into visually immersive experiences aligned with our ethos of innovation, excellence, and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction & Storytelling – Develop compelling concepts across museums, light & sound shows, immersive exhibits, cultural campaigns, and brand activations. Align all creative outputs with project narratives, tone, accuracy, and brand identity.
2. Team Leadership – Provide daily supervision, conduct reviews, track workloads, motivate staff, and identify skill gaps.
3. Workflow & Pipeline – Establish clear processes across graphics, video, content, and VFX teams for smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
4. Quality Control – Review and approve critical outputs (2D mockups, 3D models, videos, scripts) at each milestone, maintaining innovation and cultural nuance.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with BD, Client Servicing, Architecture, Tech, and vendors for seamless integration.
6. Client Engagement – Present concepts, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable directions without losing creative integrity.
7. Content Strategy & Research – Guide content tone, accuracy, and storytelling, ensuring thorough research and fact-checking.
8. Innovation & Trends – Stay updated on global trends, museum tech, motion design, and interactive storytelling; adopt new tools to enhance efficiency.
9. Resource & Budget Management – Plan team/software resources, recommend hires or purchases, and manage studio budgets effectively.
10. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain progress reports, document creative strategies, and conduct post-project reviews.

After Effects & Unreal Engine Artist

Full-time on-site role in Delhi. Responsible for creating immersive experiences using After Effects and Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in After Effects & Unreal Engine
• Experience with visual effects & interactive applications
• Knowledge of 3D modeling & animation
• Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and teamwork skills
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Development, or related field

3D Generalist

Full-time on-site role for a creative After Effects artist passionate about high-quality, engaging content.

Skills

• Proficient in 3D modeling & asset creation (Max, Maya, Substance tools, ZBrush, Photoshop)
• Generalist knowledge: modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, physics, particle systems
• Experience with PBR workflow & various art styles
• Advanced rigging & animation skills
• Strong artistic foundation in form, color, anatomy, scale
• Ability to give/receive creative feedback

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers/technical artists to create 3D assets
• Implement and optimize content for real-time applications
• Optimize topology, draw calls, and textures
• Design/test animations & rigs
• Integrate art assets into Unity and solve related issues

Preferred

• Strong 3D portfolio
• Experience with 3D motion design & Unreal Engine
• Note: Portfolio with resume is mandatory

Matte Painter

Create photorealistic, imaginative backgrounds for museums, exhibitions, and interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality matte paintings of landscapes, architecture, and cityscapes
• Collaborate with art, 3D, and VFX teams for seamless integration
• Use advanced painting, compositing, and texture techniques
• Enhance storytelling with color, lighting, and mood
• Revise work based on feedback

Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years' matte painting/digital art experience
• Proficient in Photoshop, Nuke, Maya; After Effects/Cinema 4D a plus
• Strong knowledge of color theory, perspective, and composition
• Problem-solving ability for complex scenes
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills

Creative Director

Oversee creative development and execution across conceptualization, visualization, planning, and production. Lead teams to produce innovative, effective, and culturally sensitive marketing and event materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, SFX, VFX, or related
• Proficient in matte painting
• 15–20 years in creative design/advertising, with 8+ years in leadership
• Strong creative portfolio across media (digital, print, video, events)
• Expertise in creative strategy & campaign execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with multicultural marketing is a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
