Role: AI/ML Engineer Experience : 4+ Years Skills: Machine Learning, LLM, Rag Architecture, Vector Database Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications for NLP tasks, including text generation, summarization, and conversational AI. Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to improve the accuracy and relevance of generative models. Work with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate) to store, manage, and retrieve high-dimensional data for AI applications. Integrate external knowledge sources into AI models, using retrieval-based methods to enhance their contextual understanding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the AI/ML solutions meet business objectives and are scalable and efficient. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML technologies, including the latest research in LLMs, RAG architectures, and database innovations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Data Science , AI/ML , or a related field. Proven experience working with LLMs like GPT, BERT, or similar models in real-world applications. Strong knowledge of RAG architecture and its implementation for enhancing model generation capabilities. Experience with Vector Databases for handling large-scale, high-dimensional data. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Hugging Face . Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for AI/ML deployments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with MLOps and the deployment of ML models at scale. Familiarity with graph databases and semantic search technologies. Knowledge of AI-driven product development lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
