4. Manage key accounts with complete client engagement.

The candidate must be a self-starter and able to identify and develop relationships with

prospective customers. S/he must possess excellent understanding of ingredients, strong

leadership, communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills. If you are

Key responsibilities:

• Account Management:

• Identify, cultivate and develop relationships with targeted existing and potential new

customers to promote Ace International LLP/Mahaan Milk Foods Ltd. as the preferred

partner and solutions provider. This will include developing customer project activity

(from lead, sampling to post-sale support), account plans and new sales growth.

• Prepare sales forecast, monitor sales volume against forecast to identify problem areas

and make plans to regain any lost business.

• Effectively manage accounts and work with the broader team to achieve sales

objectives including, but not limited to sales volume, customer profitability, pricing and

customer account planning through effective account management.

• Develop long term performance plans for key customers and accounts, monitor and

adapt activities so that these objectives are met in accordance with overall product

strategy.

• Proactively and collaboratively develop creative strategies to meet and exceed

customer satisfaction levels and expectations.

Effectively use key reporting tools to gather and share accurate and relevant content

related to account performance, project status, customer needs, competitor landscape

(pricing, products, new products, marketing activities, etc.), market and industry

information, etc.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Production,

Logistics, etc. to achieve goals and work effectively on customer projects.

• Identify adjacent opportunities to cross-sell between portfolio of products.

• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and

competitive developments.

• Manage primary relationships with customers - Purchase, Research and Product

Development teams.

• Should have strong capability to present ingredient capability and attributes during

customer engagement lifecycle.

• As the client's first point of contact, you guarantee sales and ensure customer

satisfaction.

• Tracking and developing the customer portfolios

• Expanding and developing existing accounts with a view to building long-term

customer loyalty

• Creation of customers' plans and tracking their development

• Continuously improving his/her market knowledge

• You will offer sales service and advice to the customer portfolios:

• Organize and conduct sales prospects

• Draw up and negotiating sales proposals up to contract signing

• Provide an interface between R&D and the customers in specific development

projects

• Answer any commercial or technical request and propose new solutions

• Manage the after-sales follow-up and monitor customer satisfaction

• You will also be responsible for monitoring sales

• Reporting regularly on your sales activities and results

• Selling commodity and specialty products

• Technical marketing and promotion of functional food ingredients

• All routine activities related to regular sale, such as:

• Visiting the customers

• Sharing product samples and making follow up

• Prepare timely report of the visits

• Getting the orders and following the order till it is dispatched and

reached at customers end

• Handling customers complaints and following customers for repeat

orders

• Co-ordinate with logistics and accounts for routine work

• Follow up the customers for payment

• Industry Engagement:

• Engage in industry organizations positively representing Ace International LLP/Mahaan

Milk Foods Ltd.

• Actively promote Ace International/Mahaan Milk Foods at conferences, trade-shows

and industry seminars to foster and maintain client and vendor relationships to ensure

an increase in the awareness and corporate identity of the company as the leading

supplier of seasoning ingredients, dairy ingredients and food ingredient solutions.

• Seek out opportunities to develop industry skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Food, MBA.

• Strong preference given to those with: in-depth food ingredients expertise.

• Strong leadership skills (provides clear vision and direction, demonstrates integrity and

courage, effective risk-taker, strong motivator, trusted and results driven).

• Proven record of collaboration skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interact effectively with employees and senior level executives.
