About Us

UK-based international education company with 200+ training partners worldwide. We run our own LMS, CRM, Exam Portals, and Certificate Automation Systems, built on PHP/MySQL. Our IT team is expanding to support internal projects, and we are looking for passionate trainees who want to learn and grow with us.

Role Objective

To support the development, testing, and documentation of LAPT's internal web applications (LMS, CRM, Certification Portals, Invoicing System) under the guidance of the Lead Developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing PHP/MySQL-based modules (forms, dashboards, reports).
  • Integrate and test code snippets, APIs, and database queries.
  • Debug and fix minor errors with guidance.
  • Handle HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript adjustments.
  • Manage test data, CSV imports, SQL backups.
  • Document workflows, modules, and coding steps.
  • Collaborate with IT team for ongoing projects.

Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of PHP & MySQL.
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Understanding of databases (PhpMyAdmin / MySQL Workbench).
  • Logical thinking and eagerness to learn.
  • Discipline in following coding instructions.

Qualification

  • BCA / MCA / B.Tech (CSE/IT) / Diploma in Web Development.
  • Freshers or final-year students welcome.

Compensation

  • Stipend: ₹12,000 to 20,000 per month during training.
  • Growth Path: Eligible for Junior PHP Developer role after 6–12 months based on performance.
