Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager/Legal based in Mumbai. The Manager/Legal will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the company, preparing legal documents, advising on legal issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and managing legal affairs. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal disputes, and providing legal counsel to various departments.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Law and Legal Affairs
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation
  • Proficiency in Legal Consulting
  • Strong understanding of Legal Compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the power transmission and distribution industry is a plus
