Job Title : Talend Lead/Developer

Job Summary :

As a Talend Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and deployment of data integration solutions using the Talend platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, database administrators, and business analysts, to ensure the effective and efficient integration of data across the :

1. Requirements Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data integration requirements.

- Analyze and document data integration specifications.

2. Design and Development :

- Design and implement data integration solutions using Talend Studio.

- Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move and transform data between systems.

- Implement data quality and cleansing processes as part of the integration solution.

- Create and maintain documentation for all developed processes.

3. Testing :

- Perform unit testing and system testing of Talend integration processes.

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data integration processes.

4. Deployment :

- Coordinate the deployment of Talend jobs and integration processes to production environments.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed integration solutions.

5. Maintenance and Support:

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Talend integration processes.

- Address and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.

6. Collaboration :

- Work closely with data architects, database administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall data architecture and business requirements.

- Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate Talend solutions with existing systems and applications.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Talend Developer or in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in designing and developing ETL processes using Talend Studio.

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

- Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.

- Understanding of data modeling and data integration patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Talend certification is a plus.

- Experience with Big Data technologies and platforms.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data integration solutions.
