Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive ROI-focused campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns while ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and improve conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the design/content team.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
Proven experience (2–3 years) in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Agency experience is a strong plus.
