Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Merchandiser

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving sales growth for FMCG (Food – preferably Nutraceuticals/ Supplements) within both General Trade and Modern Trade channels. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.Market Penetration: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.Performance Monitoring: Regularly track sales performance, analyse trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.

QualificationsExperience: 2/3 years of proven sales experience in the Nutraceuticals/ Supplements industry, with a strong track record in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel as required
