Title: Placement Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Placement Coordinator to join our team and take charge of student placements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Edu-Tech sector, a strong network of corporate contacts, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with companies, understanding industry trends, and ensuring high placement rates for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters to create placement opportunities for students.- Actively engage with employers to explore job opportunities, internships, and partnerships for student placement.- Provide career counselling, resume building workshops, and interview preparation sessions for students.- Maintain placement records and provide regular reports on placement metrics, including employment rates and company feedback.- Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and corporate talks.- Work closely with faculty and academic teams to align the curriculum with industry needs and employer expectations.- Regularly follow up with placed students and employers to ensure successful onboarding and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Edu-Tech sector.- Proven experience in corporate outreach and placement management.- Strong network of corporate contacts and recruitment agencies.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
