It is a CMMI-3 level company listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) with its offices in Pune, Bangalore and Indore and business development centres in the Middle East, Dubai & US. We develop customized business applications for large and mid-size organizations in the US.

We are looking for Salesforce Technical Architect professionals

Location: Pune/Indore

NP: immediate to 60 days

Role and Responsibilities:

- 9+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations.- At least 2 years of experience of architecting and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com platform.- Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.- Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs- Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools.- Proven experience in Presales activities such as RFP response, solution design and effort estimation.- Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

Key Skills :

- SFDC Certifications – Advanced Developer, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or an equivalent architect certification- Hands on experience with Salesforce custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Integration with External systems using REST / SOAP Web services, Data migration etc.- years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on solution design and architecture.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and capabilities.- Any one Industrial Cloud Exp is mandate- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data architecture, and enterprise integration.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
