As an Item Data Manager for Target+, you will manage a team of process experts who review item submissions for relevancy and accuracy to support sellers to list and manage their catalogue on Target.com. Process expertise, data analysis, problem solving and team member leadership will be key in this role. About You: Graduate in any discipline with prior experience of leading teams
6-10 years of work experience, with a minimum of 1 year of leading teams You have demonstrated strong expertise in one or more of these areas: Operations, Catalogue management, Item Listing, Item Data Quality, Digital Operations, Project/Process Management You’re an exceptional communicator with strong organizational skills You consistently demonstrate problem solving, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills You’re an able negotiator, influencer and collaborator within and outside of your core team You thrive in complex and ambiguous environments where boundaries are not finite You love using insights from data to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction You understand and lean on product management and technology to drive efficiencies, automation and elevate business outcomes-
