About Atica:Atica is a technology company specializing in sales & revenue management for hotels (Hilton, Marriott, Choice, and Wyndham, etc.) mode : Work from officeJoining : ImmediateLocation : Pune, MaharashtraTimings : 2 PM to 12 AM IST - (5 Days Working)Stipend - Rs. 15000 pm for 3 monthsKey Responsibilities:Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks such as data entry, RFP answering, report generation, and process execution with a high degree of accuracySupport Functions: Assist Specialists and Managers with larger projects by performing specific tasks or gathering necessary informationProcess Adherence: Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and reliability in operationsTool Usage: Utilize tools like CRM systems, reporting platforms (e.g., Metabase), and internal tools (e.g., Appsmith) to complete tasks efficientlyContinuous Learning: Stay updated with new processes, tools, and best practices to improve performance and efficiencyExample Tasks:Daily Data Entry: Input booking and revenue data into the relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Answering RFPs, as per the sales team’s instructionsReport Generation: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, or monthly reports to the Revenue and Sales teams, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisionsCRM Updates: Regularly update customer information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that data is current and accurateRoutine Audits: Conduct audits of data or processes to identify and correct any discrepancies or errorsMeeting Support: Prepare materials for meetings, such as gathering data or creating presentation slidesKPIs:Task Accuracy: Low error rates in data entry and reportingEfficiency: Ability to complete tasks within set timeframesAdaptability: Quick learning and adoption of new tools and processesCollaboration: Positive feedback from team members and departments on support providedProactivity: Identification and reporting of potential issues or areas for improvementAtica is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
