The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT agreements such as service agreements, MSA, SOW and other commercial agreements. Additionally, this person will be working on IT Security, Intellectual property and transactional work.

Must have

- Experience in a law firm handling corporate/commercial, TMT or M&A space- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required- Focus on IT sector- 10-12 years of overall experience ( mix of law firm and In-house)
