Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Cloud SCM AMS Project:

  • Manage end-to-end SCM application support and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee system configurations, enhancements, and integration with other modules.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the SCM functional team.

Functional Expertise:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, etc.).
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into SCM solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

Project Management:

  • Support project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for SCM AMS projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SCM-related issues and escalations.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their SCM needs and provide strategic advice.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SCM operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SCM management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Oracle Cloud SCM certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM modules in implementation/support.
  • Proven experience in AMS projects, from transition to closure.
  • Oracle Certified Resource

Responsible and Accountable for owning Transition Phase & Participate in KT sessions.

Day-to-Day Support

  • Monitor daily SCM operations
  • Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Implement updates and patches to maintain system compliance and security
  • Provide end-user support and training
  • Generate and analyze SCM reports for stakeholders
  • Document and streamline SCM processes for efficiency improvements
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Manage and update financial data and configurations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to address system-related needs.
  • Perform data integrity checks and audits to ensure accuracy.

Note:

  • Must be Fusion certified professional
