Oracle Fusion SCM (Order Management)


  • 5 -13+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Modules implementation


  • At least 2-4 End to End implementation experience of Oracle Fusion SCM Modules.


  • Ability to contribute as individual contributor as well as a team lead.


  • Required implementation experience in below module:


  • Order management, Pricing administration


  • Communication planning, information distribution, performance reporting, and managing stakeholders.


  • Conducting integrated weekly review meetings and recording & circulating MOMs on the project’s progress.


  • Preparation of weekly reports on the project progress, outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies.


  • Excellent work ethics and interpersonal skills that help manage customers/clients, Senior Managers, Developers, and Users.


  • Highly motivated, hardworking, able to meet tight deadlines, thorough in project completion and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.


  • Expertise in Oracle ERP implementation of O2C (Order to Cash), P2P(Procure to Pay), BTS (Bill to Stock), and PTM (Plan to Manufacture) cycles. Specialist in the implementation of following Oracle Supply Chain modules like
  • Order Management, Pricing Administrator, Procurement, Supplierportal, Manufacturing Cloud, MRP Planning, Inventory Management, Oracle Quality Management, Cost Management, and Product Management.


  • Has to experience in Cloud Implementation, Production Support, and Functional Design. Intense conceptual knowledge of business processes for Cloud Implementation, Enhancement, and Application Development.


  • Handling different roles in all my assignments like Senior Business Analyst, Oracle Functional Consultant.


  • Extensive experience in creating Busting Reports, BI Reports & OTBI Reports.


  • Conduct navigation and training sessions for super users and end-users.


  • Experience in the documentation: Business Requirements, Business Process Flows, Gap Analysis, Application Setups, Test Scripts, User Training Guides/Manuals, and Issues Log


  • Have extensive experience in OUM methodologies & Documentation like DS160 and MC40.
  • Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud a huge plus.


  • Knowledge of application-to-application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration cloud is desirable.


  • Ability to understand the business requirement and functional specification documents.


  • Ability to produce artifact such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents.


  • Ability to do Fusion Application Configuration, Testing.


  • Determination, self-motivation, and an eagerness to take on new challenges.


  • Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skill’s Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of Clients/Business
