About the Position

Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform and delivery of enterprise cloud technology solutions to internal business stakeholders. Within BCCL Salesforce Developer wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for Designing, coding, and implementing and managing Salesforce applications. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications. Creating timelines and development goals. Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

Areas of Responsibility

Salesforce Customization requirement handling as and when the need comesSalesforce Configuration including user interface with all relevant choicesApplication development for peer Salesforce developersDesigning business portal along with components like page layouts etc.Ensuring complex customer workflows into Salesforce specific outputsMapping functional needs to Salesforce functionalitiesCreation of technical approaches and plans to encompass all needed proceduresAnalysing customer requirements and then designing and developing the application to meet those needsEnsure thorough collaboration with other team members / analysts / testers / designers for a comprehensive outputSeamless integration with third party systemsCreation of mobile / web applicationsIdentification of business processes followed at major departments and subordinate officesMaintenance of user roles to ensure no security lapse / breachesProper training and orientation to all involved, involving gap analysisSalesforce Certification like PD1, PD2 or App Builder Cloud Certification.

Must have a bachelor’s degree
