About the Role:

Evantha Sri Durga is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, be comfortable with field work, and have a deep understanding of current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive real estate sales and meet monthly targets
  • Generate and follow up on leads through multiple channels
  • Guide clients through the sales process and site visits
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
  • Stay updated with current real estate trends and pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong client relationship base

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
  • Proven sales track record in the real estate sector
  • Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Awareness of current real estate market standards and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
