  • Visit project sites for coordination and supervision
  • Learn and assist in design engineering tasks (AutoCAD, TDS sheets, proposal layouts)
  • Work closely with the founder and design consultants
  • Bridge site and design becoming a key part of Blueways execution strength
  • Supervise day-to-day installation at site
  • Coordinate with vendors, plumbers, electricians, and clients
  • Track material arrival and site status
  • Give daily updates through phone/WhatsApp/Google Form
  • Prepare/modify drawings in AutoCAD (basic to intermediate)
  • Help compile TDS reports and technical documentation
  • Assist in proposal preparation and design-data collection
  • Learn how to create STP/WTP technical solutions
  • Willingness to visit sites locally
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
