Position Overview

We're looking for a passionate and driven
Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer
to join our on-site team in Guwahati. This full-time opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or junior designers with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to work on real client projects, learn hands-on, and build a versatile design portfolio.

You'll be working closely with developers, marketers, and project leads to design user-centric interfaces, marketing graphics, and digital visuals for both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design (Web & Mobile)

  • Design clean, responsive interfaces for websites and mobile apps.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma (or similar tools).
  • Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation and handoff.

Design Support for Web Projects

  • Deliver high-quality visual assets such as icons, banners, SVGs, and illustrations.
  • Ensure consistent design language across digital products.

Marketing & Social Media Creatives

  • Design engaging creatives for social media, digital ads, campaigns, and emailers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to bring fresh visual ideas to life.

AI & Multimedia Tools

  • Utilize AI-powered tools for concept generation and workflow optimization.
  • Contribute to basic video editing and motion graphics for reels, explainers, and animations.

Tools & Skills We're Looking For

  • Figma (UI/UX Design)
  • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Canva (for quick design workflows)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, etc.
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy

Who Should Apply
