What You'll Do:

* Deliver delightful customer experiences through calls and chats

* Resolve queries with empathy and efficiency

* Collaborate across teams to improve CX touchpoints

* Track insights, identify gaps, and contribute to process improvements

* Help build a support system that genuinely cares about customers

What You Bring:

* 2+ years of customer support experience

* Excellent communication and people skills

* Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and MS Office Suite

* A go-getter attitude and strong ownership mindset

* Experience in Sales, along with Customer Experience, will also be considered.
