Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design robust solutions.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance development processes and product performance.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects and systems.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proven experience in software development and project management, preferably in a technical lead role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks like React, Angular, or is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
