Position: Dean – Students’ Well Being
Location: IILM University, Greater Noida
At IILM University we believe student success is at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a dynamic, empathetic and visionary Dean – Students’ Well Being to drive our student experience and well-being agenda across campus.
What You’ll Do
- Champion student engagement, welfare and campus life initiatives.
- Design and deliver cutting-edge wellness, mental-health, co-curricular and leadership programmes.
- Act as a mentor and advocate for student needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive and vibrant campus.
- Build partnerships with external agencies and industry to enhance student support.
What You Bring
- Postgraduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) with at least 15 years’ experience in higher education or student affairs, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of innovative student engagement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
