Company Description Kaarya Connect is hiring an intern Join our ambitious team building a high-trust local services marketplace in India - covering bookings, vendor onboarding, scheduling, and payments. Role Summary Assist in building and maintaining web applications across front-end and back-end. Responsibilities include coding (HTML, CSS, Java Script, Python), database management, API design, debugging, testing, and collaborating with the team to improve user experience and functionality. Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹6k-10k (Monthly) Bonus: Performance-based (MVP milestones & reliability KPIs). Work setup: Initially Remote, Occasional Hyderabad meetups; Time off & perks: Flexible PTO + local holidays. Role Description A full stack developer intern assists senior developers by helping to build and maintain both the user-facing (front End) and server-side (back End) components of web applications, gaining hands-on experience across the full range of the technology stack. Responsibilities include writing code in various languages (like HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Python), developing and managing databases, designing APIs, debugging, testing software, and collaborating with a development team to enhance user experience and application functionality Day-to-Day Responsibilities Front-end Development: Create user interfaces and experiences for web applications. Back-end Development: Build and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs. Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Debugging & Testing: Troubleshoot issues to ensure functionality and stability. Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver features. Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and best practices. Qualifications Coursework in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, or Java) Familiarity with databases (SQL/No SQL) and API development Experience through class projects, personal projects, or internships in web/app development Understanding of debugging, testing, and version control (Git/Git Hub) Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to a collaborative team
