Senior Enrollment Counselor

to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping students and professionals find the right courses to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Student Engagement

:- Interact with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations to understand their career aspirations.- Provide detailed information about

ACTMEP

courses, USPs, and benefits.

2.

Lead Management

:- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert inquiries into enrollments.- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate student information and interaction history.

3.

Sales and Enrollment

:- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets through effective counseling and follow-ups.- Assist students with the enrollment process, including payment plans and documentation.

4.

Course Counseling

:- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses, emphasizing placement assistance, internships, and certifications.

5.

Collaboration and Reporting

:- Work closely with the marketing and training teams to align efforts.- Generate daily and weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.

Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.- 3 + years of experience in sales, counseling, or student enrollment (preferred).- Strong communication skills (English and regional languages).- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
