Seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Developer to manage Cloud security infrastructure and practices for our client. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across multiple domains of cybersecurity and a strong ability to identify, mitigate, and prevent threats in complex environments. Required Technical Skill - Azure Cloud Security/Sentinel/Defender Good to have Skills - GCP & AWS Cloud Security, Vulnerability and penetration testing Key Responsibilities Secure cloud infrastructures (Preferred Azure) using industry best practices and services used across this platform. Develop, execute and track the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems. Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions to management. Monitor systems for irregular behaviour and set up preventive measures. Develop and maintain scripts and playbooks to automate detection, response, and remediation processes. Stay updated on the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improving security posture. Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery efforts, as needed. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR. Lead and mentor junior security engineers and collaborate with other teams to drive the Security operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, SOC, or security architecture roles. Experience with risk assessment, penetration testing, and incident response methodologies. Deep understanding & proficiency with security practices across different verticals such as Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender and other Azure native security services. Strong experience in securing cloud environments (Preferred Azure). Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and handle high-priority incidents Leadership and mentoring mindset
