About Our Client

As a digital solutions provider, the client aims to create a difference in the power distribution sector with digital interventions while shouldering the responsibility of the mass-scale rollout of smart meters under RDSS. With smart meter infrastructure, consumer data management and AI/ML-based analysis, the company seeks to create considerable value for state utilities by enabling them to develop additional revenue sources. In the long run, smart metering will help create a robust, resilient, flexible smart grids that can integrate renewable energy seamlessly to meet India's growing power demand.

Job Description

· Responsible for ensuring the market search, pitching and working with utilities on Digital projects of Utilities.
· He/she shall be responsible for strategizing on new market entry , identifying business opportunities for the service / solution offerings for organisation digital business.
· He/she shall take lead in building go-to-ecosystem and go-to-market strategies for organisations digital solution / services offerings. He shall develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key digital platforms, technology / service providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
The incumbent will work with Head BD as well as with CTO to create and participate in the market to build digital business portfolio's,- sales, marketing, customer and partners relationship management and shall be leading Technical discussions with Customers and Stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

12-15 years experience working as a Business Development / Presales Manager in an IT company in the Digital solution domain /or in a Power Sector solution company wherein he/she shall have worked in conceptualizing, crafting digital solutions including developing business proposals for clients / RFPs and customer engagement.· Excellent communication ( Written / spoken ) , negotiation, and problem solving attitude
Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.Graduate degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science Engineering and preferably an MBA/Master's degree in a power-related sector.
