The Role

This is no ordinary role. As the  Co-Pilot to the CEO , you’ll be at the helm of many execution programs, primarily our US expansion strategy, working on high-impact initiatives that will shape the future of our company. You’ll balance strategy and execution, ensuring that every idea turns into action and every action creates value.


What You’ll Do


Lead the US Expansion Plan:

  • Execute our strategy to penetrate the US market, focusing on scaling operations and building a strong presence.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners who can amplify our reach.


Leverage 400+ Use Cases:

  • Deep dive into our portfolio of AI and Deep Tech use cases.
  • Develop customized value propositions and solutions for US-based clients.


Build Sales and Marketing Collaterals:

  • Create impactful presentations, proposals, and other collateral to support business development.
  • Ensure that all materials reflect our vision, capabilities, and leadership in Deep Tech innovation.


Develop the US Advisor Community:

  • Identify and onboard top advisors to guide our US market entry.
  • Manage advisor expectations, align them with our goals, and handle all related paperwork and coordination.


Channel Partners Development:

  • Forge relationships with key channel partners to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Build a strong partner ecosystem to accelerate growth in the US market.


Market Intelligence:

  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive moves, and emerging opportunities in the US.
  • Provide actionable insights that inform strategy and decision-making.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain clear communication, manage expectations, and deliver on commitments.


  Run Sales Governance:

  • Lead a fact-based, objective-led sales governance process weekly with a select number of startup partners.
  • Ensure data-driven insights and measurable outcomes drive the decision-making process.
