Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new leads, and nurturing relationships to support our sales and business development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Identify Prospects: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, social media engagement, and networking.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on potential clients.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize lead generation content, including emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest and secure meetings for the sales team.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, using data to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent research and data analysis abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
