Responsibilities:


- Test and validate electric motors, motor controllers, and generating sets to ensure optimal performance and quality

- Tune motor controllers to optimize motor performance, efficiency, and reliability

- Design, build, and test wiring harnesses and generating sets

- Create and update wiring diagrams, technical documentation, and test reports

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and manufacturing

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customers and internal stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

- Strong understanding of electric motors, motor controllers, and generating sets

- Proficiency in wiring diagram software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) and testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters)
