**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will Develop and maintain world class testing systems as per latest national /international standards and to meet requirements ISO17025 & NABL. Participate with internal teams in quality system implementation and serve as ongoing support for quality issues. The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion IEC LV Motors Division in Faridabad. You will be mainly accountable for: - Understand, Define, and implement the Safety Requirements in Electrical Testing. - Through Knowledge of Various laboratory requirements as per ISO17025, NABL, SASO - Through Knowledge in IS/IEC/NEMA/IEEE standards for Low voltage rotating electric machines. - Maintain the requirements as per NABL accreditation for ISO 17025 and handle the NABL accreditation audits. - Develop & prepare the testing procedures as per IS, IEC, IEEE and NEMA - Handling the customer inspections like NTPC, EIL, BHEL etc. - Analyze customer complaints and initiate Preventive Actions, align quality processes as per customer requirements through process audits & mistake proofing methods.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical engineering with 5 to 8 years’ experience in testing of Induction motor /Rotating Machines
- Knowledgeable about the key manufacturing process of Induction motor.
- Internal Auditor certification for ISO17025.
- Should be able to handle customer inspections like NTPC, BHEL, EIL.
- Internal Auditor certification for ISO17025.
- Knowledgeable about induction motor testing methods.
