Role Description:

Full time position under the Technical Advisory – Asset Advisory Services Sector as a subject-matter expert on Forensic Delay Analysis and Schedule review that can lead the delivery of projects ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate is expected to have effective project management skills and good communication and collaboration between Arcadis Colleagues.


Role Accountabilities:

  • Translate project objectives into plans, costs, and schedules, managing finances across the project life cycle to meet the profit and budgetary targets of the project,
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve existing Arcadis service lines and sector-specific offerings; continuously improve business performance,
  • Propose and develop new Arcadis propositions to meet the needs of clients or to open new service and sector specific opportunities,
  • Contribute to the shaping of project bids that can be delivered profitably and respond to identified client issues,
  • Identify sell-on opportunities and communicate these to senior colleagues, to generate additional revenues and enhance client satisfaction,
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing Arcadis service lines and sector-specific offerings, to continuously improve business performance,
  • Contribute to the development of new Arcadis propositions that meet the needs of clients or open up new service and sector specific opportunities,
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of Arcadis service lines and client businesses to enable personal performance improvement and career development,
  • Analyze and compile a range of complex data and documents, using knowledge and analysis conducted by others to review and assess analysis and provide advice and recommendations to contribute to project decision-making,


Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline,
  • 10 or more years' experience in claims and commercial management,
  • Expert knowledge of P6 Software
  • Power BI experience or advanced excel is an advantage
  • Relevant professional development and/or certifications, i.e., PE, CCM or similar,
  • Involved in community of practice and/or industry organizations,
  • May be working toward Arcadis CPM certification,
  • Experience in similar working environment, including delivering medium/large projects across an entire project life cycle,
  • Experience managing people, and demonstration of leadership skills including the ability to motivate others,
  • Experience building and managing client relationships at senior-management level, including the ability to act as a trusted advisor,
  • Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions,
  • Experience managing business relationships at senior-management level.
  • Relevant field experience in Project Controls
