Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Data Migration Specialist to lead the migration of claims data into our Guidewire Claim Center platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation, ensuring a smooth transition from our legacy systems to Guidewire.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and execute the end-to-end data migration process for claims data into Guidewire ClaimCenter.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and mapping.


• Define and implement data transformation rules to align legacy data with Guidewire's data model.


• Perform data extraction, cleansing, and loading using ETL tools.


• Validate migrated data through rigorous testing and reconciliation processes.


• Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot data-related issues.


• Document the migration process and create comprehensive reports.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience in data migration projects, with at least 2 years working with Guidewire products.


• Proficiency in ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.


• Strong SQL and database management skills.


• Experience in data mapping, transformation, and validation.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Guidewire certification is a plus.


• Experience in insurance or financial services industry.
