Fashion Production Supervisor

  • Assisting Operations Manager: Support the operations manager with daily tasks to ensure seamless operations throughout all production stages.
  • Material Procurement: Source fabrics, trims, and other necessary production materials from local markets.
  • Worker Time Tracking: Monitor and record production staff's working hours, ensuring task completion within set deadlines.
  • Quality Control : Perform quality checks during production process and on final finished products
  • Fabric Input & Stock Management: Manage fabric inventory using a bin card system and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Fabric Swatch & Embroidery Sample Filing: Organize and maintain files for fabric swatches and embroidery samples.
  • Fabric Cutting for Dyeing: Cut fabrics for the dyeing process and maintain accurate records of this activity.
  • Purchasing: Procure fabrics and stitching materials.
  • Store Transfer Stock Ledger: Maintain ledgers for stock transferred to the store.
  • Barcode Management: Take photos, tag items with barcodes, and hand them over to the shop.
  • Courier Packing: Handle the packing of items for courier dispatch.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
