We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the loading and unloading of raw materials, weigh and pack finished products, and supervise laborers to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the loading and unloading of raw materials to ensure a continuous supply for production. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Monitor and supervise production line activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and production schedules. Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet the required standards. Conduct regular inspections and checks during the production
- Supervise and guide a team of laborers, providing leadership and support to ensure their productivity and efficiency. Assign tasks, provide training when necessary, and conduct performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any incidents or deviations from standard procedures. Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management on
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety protocols, and promptly address any safety concerns or incidents that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to effectively manage and motivate a team of laborers.
- Proficiency in Hindi is essential for effective communication with the labor force.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a safety-first culture.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
