We're Hiring: Talent Operations Analyst | Pune
Are you passionate about HR Operations, Learning, and Talent Development? Here's your chance to be part of a dynamic role where you'll manage the end-to-end operations of global learning programs and play a key part in driving people strategy.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day activities of talent learning operations and training logistics.
- Coordinate mandatory trainings on Workday, working closely with curriculum teams to upload content.
- Provide administrative and operational support for virtual and in-person learning programs.
- Engage stakeholders, track attendance, manage communications, and measure the impact of programs.
- Start as an Individual Contributor, with opportunities to grow into team management based on performance.
What we're looking for
4–7 years of experience in HR Ops / Learning Operations / Admin Support
Hands-on experience with Workday LMS (reporting, session creation, attendance tracking)
Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis & reporting
Exposure to team management (1–2 years preferred)
Ability to manage logistics, operations planning, and process improvements
Good to have
Project management or L&D certification (CIPD preferred)
Operational excellence and stakeholder management skills
Location: Pune.
Shift Timing: UK shift hours
